You are permitted to use the above branding, provided that you adhere to the Wii-Linux Branding Usage Guidelines, as described below. Wii-Linux Branding Usage Guidelines ----------------------------------- These Branding Usage Guidelines ("Guidelines") outline the permitted and prohibited uses of the Wii-Linux name, logo, and other associated branding elements (collectively, the “Branding”). Use of the Branding signifies your agreement to comply with these Guidelines. These Guidelines may be updated from time to time. Any usage of the Branding must adhere strictly to the following terms. Prohibited Uses --------------- Unless you have received express, written permission from the Wii-Linux team or its authorized representatives, you MAY NOT: 1. Use the Branding in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the Wii-Linux project; 2. Represent yourself, your organization, or your services as the Wii-Linux project, or as owning or operating any official Wii-Linux services or code; 3. Use the Branding for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling products or services, fundraising, or advertising; 4. Claim ownership of, or attempt to register, any trademarks, logos, domain names, or other branding elements that are identical or confusingly similar to the Wii-Linux Branding; 5. Modify the Branding or use altered versions of the logo or name; 6. Use the Branding in any way not explicitly allowed in the “Permitted Uses” section above. Enforcement ----------- The Wii-Linux team reserves the right to revoke permission to use the Branding at any time, for any reason.
